Today I'm going to tell you more about eating healthily , In order to stay healthy you should eat healthy foods such as , fruits , vegetables and rice . Most of the adults children like us love to eat chocolates , cakes , sweet biscuits , sweets and many more sugary foods . If you are asking why is it important to eat healthily , it is because eating healthily would give us strong bones , strong teeth and we could grow strong and healthy . Sometimes , if we eat food there are expired we could get food poisining and maybe there are other more diseases . The benefits of eating vegetables and fruits are because our body has to have some vitamins if not we could not grow strong and healthy . I like to eat vegetables but I don't really like to eat some of it . On my fruits , I like to eat strawberries , grapes , mangos and many more . Madam Siti remember the school's campaign in encouraging pupils to eat more fruits and vegetables , I don't really want to encourage them but it's still important to eat fruits and vegetables so , I will be encouraging my ownself . Im not really sure if there's any activities to encourage them to eat fruits and vegetables .
